Computer Support for Students

For information on computer requirements and available support, click on the link that corresponds to your program.

Important Support Note: Depending on the nature of the problem, it may be necessary to restore your computer back to its original settings. This process will wipe out all data files and programs you may have installed on your laptop. Make sure to backup your data regularly and, if at all possible, make a backup of your data before submitting the laptop for repair.
