IFC Community Kitchen in Chapel Hill
Location: On the corner of Columbia St. and Rosemary in downtown Chapel Hill
Traditionally, volunteers from the Dental School (including faculty members, staff, and students) have prepared the evening meal every third Saturday of the month during the Fall and Spring semester at the Interfaith Council (IFC) Soup Kitchen on the corner of Rosemary and Columbia in downtown Chapel Hill.
This is a great opportunity to help serve people in the Chapel Hill area, and it is great to have anyone who is interested to come and help. In addition, you do not need to be an expert at cooking to help - it is easy and a lot of fun. If you have any questions, and/or would like to volunteer, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
