E-commerce

Access to e-commerce vendors is provided through Material and Disbursement Services.  To set up accounts with  which each individual vendor (Staples, CDW, Grainger, Fisher Scientific, etc.) follow specific instructions for that vendor

UNC HEALTHCARE APPLICATIONS

To request access to CIS (Clinical Information System), SMS (Shared Medical System) and other UNC Healthcare applications please download and fill out System Access Request Form from UNC Healthcare Information Services Division page.

Instructions on completing and submitting the request can be found on the form along with the list of training necessary to use the system.

For SMS only - please submit an OCIS Service Request with the following description: Install Host Explorer 3270(host name tn3270.unch.unc.edu
