Description/Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether grafting at the time of implant placement will improve tissue preservation (the appearance of the gums) when compared to no grafting.

To be in this study you must:
Have one or more of teeth (upper front teeth and/or premolars) requiring extraction (removal).
Available for one year follow-up.
You should not be in this study if you:
Have untreated caries or periodontal disease.
Are unable to demonstrate adequate home oral hygiene.
Are a smoker within the past six months.
Are pregnant or plan to be within six months.
Have severe bruxism.
Have a history of bisphosphonate use.
