Description/Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this current proposal is to examine how a low dental literacy population interprets dental health prevention information, navigates the dental health system among participants in a large comprehensive public health program (WIC).

You are being asked to be in the study because you:
Are a caregiver with a child less than 5 years of age with ASA I or II.
Have the ability to understand instructions.
Are able to see and hear.
Have no signs of drug or alcohol intoxication.
Are English speaking.
Are eligible for enrollment or enrolled in the Medicaid program.
Are available for a one year follow-up interview.
You should NOT be in this study if you:
Have special needs such as frequent seizures, heart disease, AIDS.
ASA III or greater.
