Dental Assisting


Ordering Transcripts or Certificates for Dental Assisting


Transcripts are $7 each. Please send a check or money order for the total number of transcripts you would like. If you want them sent to another university, provide the complete mailing address of the recipient. It typically takes 5 working days to process transcripts. Transcripts for Continuing Education (CE) courses can be obtained by following this link: Continuing Education Course Transcripts (CE)

Certificates are $20 each and can take up to 2 weeks to process.

Include the following information:

  1. Your name when you attended the program
  2. The year you graduated
  3. Number of copies
  4. Request must be signed by the student, as transcripts can only be sent upon their request
